How the Bride Squad catalogue is kept current

What gets updated, how often, and what to do when a figure here disagrees with the checkout.

The catalogue was last updated on October 7, 2026. That date covers the prices and the availability of every piece on the site, and it is the only place where it is printed: a date under every card becomes wallpaper and stops being read.

What we update, and when

Prices and availability go through on a schedule. A piece that is no longer available comes off the site at the next build rather than sitting there with a figure nobody can buy at, and one that comes back returns the same way.

The rest changes far less often and is read off our own product data rather than retyped: the pack count, the widest measurement, the weight, the colour as the maker lists it. Where the data has no value for a field, the card simply has no line for it, because an invented line is worse than a short list.

What we work out ourselves

Two figures on every card are ours rather than the maker's. The price per piece is the price of the pack divided by the count, and it is the number that decides between two boxes that look identical. And the shelf a piece stands on is decided from what the thing is rather than from the words on its packaging, because a package calls itself six things at once.

When the two disagree

The price at the checkout is the one that counts. Between updates a figure here can go stale, and if it does, the checkout wins. That is the rule, and it is in the terms as well.

Where the outside facts come from

Three things in this shop touch a body rather than a table: a room full of latex balloons, a sheet of tattoos that sits on skin for a weekend, and a cheap chain worn for two days without coming off. Where a page says anything about one of those, it says what the body that published the guidance says, and the reading is listed here in full.

Corrections

A wrong figure is a fault. Write to toast@bride-squad.net with the page and the figure, and it is fixed at the next update.

The weekend list

Every pack count, size and colour in the Bride Squad list sits behind this button, with the figures from our last update against each one.

  1. One sash for the bride, one each for the squad
  2. Shirts sized and asked for six weeks out
  3. Drinkware counted per person, plus two
  4. Wall pieces counted once, for the room
