One mailbox, what it is good for, and what it cannot do about an order that was placed somewhere else.

One address reaches everybody here: toast@bride-squad.net.

What this mailbox is good at

A figure on a page that looks wrong, a pack count that does not match the photograph, a page that will not load, a piece you think belongs on one of these shelves and is not on it. Those are the messages that change the site, and they are read by the people who write it.

What it cannot do

We cannot look up an order, change an address, chase a parcel or arrange a return, because none of those happened here. The order lives with the retail partner where the checkout was, and their own account page is the fastest way to any of it.

How long a reply takes

A working day or two. There is no queue system behind this address and no automatic reply, so a message that arrives on a Saturday is read on the Monday.
