Bride squad tote bags

Everything else handed out at the start of the weekend gets used up. The tote is the piece that does not, which is why it is worth a real price where the tattoos and the cups are not. It does three jobs across two days: it is the container the welcome gift arrives in, it is the pool bag on the Saturday, and it is what the duty free comes home in when the case is already full. A tote that cannot do the third job is a tote that was bought too small.

Canvas weight is the number to read and it is rarely on the front of the box. A light cotton tote folds into a handbag and tears at the handle under a bottle of wine; a heavier canvas one stands up on its own and survives being packed. The printed ones on this page are mostly one design across the whole set with a different word for the bride, which photographs better than nine identical bags. If the group is flying, the tote is also the cabin bag that costs nothing, so buying the size that fits under a seat is worth more than buying the prettiest print.

This page is one slice of the Bride Squad range, cut by the job rather than by the shelf the pieces sit on.
